C&rsquo;est une carte SIM sp\u00e9cifique, impossible \u00e0 trouver en boutique \u00e9videmment (il ne faudrait tout de m\u00eame pas qu&rsquo;on puisse profiter facilement du forfait que l&rsquo;on paye et qu&rsquo;une boutique puisse tout faire), et difficile \u00e0 obtenir au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Je paye pourtant un forfait on\u00e9reux (Carr\u00e9 5 Go qui n&rsquo;existe plus aujourd&rsquo;hui), je m&rsquo;attends donc \u00e0 un service client en cons\u00e9quence n&rsquo;\u00e9tant pas client RED, mais finalement, c&rsquo;est la m\u00eame chose&#8230; Imaginez, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb recevoir 3 cartes SIM pour que \u00e7a fonctionne. A chaque fois, de grosses gal\u00e8res pour les activer, mais surtout me faire rembourser les frais d&rsquo;exp\u00e9ditions des mauvaises cartes SIM, alors que c&rsquo;est SFR qui s&rsquo;est tromp\u00e9 ! J&rsquo;ai juste demand\u00e9 une carte multisurf, ce n&rsquo;est pas incroyable&#8230;enfin s\u00fbrement pour ce r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re aventure que je viens de vivre au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avec eux est&#8230;extraordinaire !<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai d\u00fb souscrire \u00e0 une option pour partir en voyage et pouvoir t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner, envoyer des SMS, etc. Une option \u00e0 35 euros, command\u00e9e sur le site, \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;une date pr\u00e9cise. Tout se passe bien, le site valide\u00a0ma demande, je re\u00e7ois un SMS de confirmation de la part d&rsquo;SFR&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, on ne va pas demander \u00e0 SFR d&rsquo;\u00eatre comp\u00e9tent dans son domaine, sinon ce billet n&rsquo;aurait pas lieu d&rsquo;\u00eatre.<br \/>\nAu retour de mon voyage, je re\u00e7ois ma facture. Surpriiiiise (il manque juste la petite musique) : 60 euros d&rsquo;hors-forfait. Je rigole jaune&#8230; En \u00e9pluchant ma facture, je m&rsquo;aper\u00e7ois, vous l&rsquo;avez bien compris, que l&rsquo;option n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en compte&#8230; J&rsquo;appelle donc SFR (et je me demande pourquoi je n&rsquo;ai pas enregistr\u00e9 cette conversation mythique&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Je tombe sur une jeune femme tr\u00e8s accueillante qui me demande de lui expliquer mon probl\u00e8me. Apr\u00e8s une longue narration tr\u00e8s calme de ma part, elle me fait patienter. Elle m&rsquo;explique ensuite qu&rsquo;elle va me transf\u00e9rer au bon service mais v\u00e9rifie tout de m\u00eame mon identit\u00e9. Pas de probl\u00e8me.<br \/>\nJe tombe sur un homme du service r\u00e9siliation (?) qui me demande imm\u00e9diatement les informations pour v\u00e9rifier mon identit\u00e9. Hum&#8230; vous ne communiquez pas entre vous ? Vous ne vous faites pas confiance ? Vous pensez qu&rsquo;en 7 secondes de transfert de ligne, on m&rsquo;a d\u00e9rob\u00e9 mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ? Bon&#8230; restons calmes ! Je m&rsquo;ex\u00e9cute, avant d&rsquo;entendre mon interlocuteur me soumettre\u00a0une confirmation \u00ab\u00a0ma coll\u00e8gue m&rsquo;a inform\u00e9 que vous souhaitiez r\u00e9silier votre contrat, c&rsquo;est bien cela ?\u00a0\u00bb. Ma r\u00e9ponse cinglante \u00ab\u00a0absolument pas cher monsieur, je n&rsquo;ai m\u00eame pas utilis\u00e9 ces mots, votre coll\u00e8gue devrait rapidement changer de m\u00e9tier !\u00a0\u00bb. Premier gag !<br \/>\nJ&rsquo;explique par la suite \u00e0 cette personne mon probl\u00e8me. Je vous passe les d\u00e9tails mais il me dit simplement que l&rsquo;option n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e en raison d&rsquo;une erreur technique. \u00c7a me fait une belle jambe \u00e7a. J&rsquo;essaye de lui expliquer j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u la confirmation d&rsquo;SFR alors ce n&rsquo;est pas mon probl\u00e8me, j&rsquo;exige un ajustement de facture, \u00e7a me para\u00eet normal, je ne vole personne. Et entre nous, comment je peux deviner, apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u une confirmation du service auquel j&rsquo;ai souscrit&#8230;qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 souscrit ? C&rsquo;est fort en chocolat \u00e7a ! Il me dit qu&rsquo;il ne peut rien faire, blablablablablabla&#8230;<br \/>\nEt pour finir en beaut\u00e9, il a le culot de me dire que mon forfait n&rsquo;est plus \u00e0 jour, qu&rsquo;il peut le modifier pour me faire payer moins cher blablablablablabla&#8230; L\u00e0, je prends mes gants de boxe et je lui hurle dessus\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0attendez, vous \u00eates en train de me proposer de me r\u00e9engager chez SFR pour 12 ou 24 mois alors que cet op\u00e9rateur n&rsquo;est pas capable en ce moment de me satisfaire, et me faire perdre une nouvelle fois du temps inutilement en raison de son incomp\u00e9tence ? Elle est o\u00f9 la cam\u00e9ra l\u00e0 ? vous vous moquez de moi ?\u00a0\u00bb J&rsquo;ai eu de la peine pour le conseiller SFR qui n&rsquo;a pas os\u00e9 dire un mot mais il ne faut pas se foutre de la gueule du monde&#8230; Ils n&rsquo;ont peur de rien chez SFR !<\/p>\n<p>Me voil\u00e0 parti pour faire une lettre de r\u00e9clamation \u00e0 SFR. Une de plus. Je n&rsquo;ai m\u00eame pas eu besoin de demander l&rsquo;adresse, je la connais malheureusement par coeur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Je vais commencer \u00e0 s\u00e9rieusement regarder les offres des concurrents.
